The project of worker housing and public service works Phoenix Town, whose investor is Fuchuan Co., Ltd., located in Ba Hien commune, Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc province, was approved for investment in 2018.

The social housing project has a construction scale of 1,000 apartments with a total usable area of nearly 10 hectares, including: 14 blocks of 18-storey type 1 apartment buildings (each apartment's area is from 60 to 65 m2); 2 blocks of 18-storey type 2 apartment buildings (the area of each apartment is 55 m2); public works, public services with a height of 15 floors.

The project implementation period is 73 months. The total registered capital of the project is more than 1,000 billion dong, of which, contributed capital is 216 billion dong, loan capital is 444 billion dong, capital recovered from house sale is 400 billion dong.
