Particularly in Ho Chi Minh City, the land rental rate for industrial zones is the highest in the country, ranging from 180 - 300 USD/m2/lease cycle.
Next is Long An with rental price from 125 - 175 USD/m2/lease cycle, Binh Duong from 100 - 250 USD/m2/lease cycle, Dong Nai from 100-200 USD/m2/lease period.
By the end of 2022, the whole country has about 563 industrial parks in the planning of 61/63 provinces and cities. Of which, 397 industrial parks have been established, 292 industrial parks have been put into operation.
The total area of natural land of industrial parks that have been put into operation nationwide as recorded by VARS is about 87,100 hectares, of which about 58,700 hectares of industrial land.

Binh Duong province is the locality with the highest occupancy rate of industrial parks in the country, 29 industrial parks in operation in this province have an occupancy rate of over 95%. This is also the locality with the largest total industrial park area in the country, reaching 12,721 hectares of industrial park land, accounting for 25% of the total industrial park area of the South, equivalent to 13% of the total industrial park land area. of the whole country.
